Cecelia Gill - Business Manager
Cecelia Gill has worked along side her husband, Dr. Thomas Gill since he began veterinary
college in 1980. Since opening Brookside with her husband, she has worked in every area of
the practice, including veterinary assistant, lab technician, inventory manager, financial officer, and
now practice manager, while raising seven children in the process!
She has a degree in Art History and a Museum Minor from SUNY Geneseo and continues to have a strong interest
in the areas of historic architecture and historic preservation. Locally she is a member and supporter of the Seward House
and the Auburn Historic Preservation Society.
She and her children fight over who the family's dog, "Janie" loves best, and whether their
cat, "Tony" will ever learn to answer to his name as opposed to just the sound of the food container
being opened.
She and Dr. Gill originally hail from Binghamton, NY, but they both have fallen in love with Central
New York as a great place to raise a family.

Karen is an integral part of Brookside. She handles scheduling for all the large animal clients as well as the clinic's book keeping.
Her pet family in the past has included birds, a Samoyed named, "Tasha", a Shih Tzu/Maltese named "Mickey", and many cats.
Karen's pet family now includes "Minnie", a Cairn terrier, and "Carla" the cat. Minnie was a
